Santi School Project

About Santi School Project

The Santi School Project has more than a decade of experience working deep in the remote, mountainous regions of Nepal. Our efforts began with rebuilding and renovating schools, where we learned that many schools not only lacked appropriate classroom space but also books and early childhood teacher training, both extremely limited due to limited government funding. Most recently, we assisted in recovery and rebuilding following two major earthquakes in May 2015.

We are fortunate to have partners and supporters including individuals, churches, nonprofit organizations, and companies. More than 95 cents of every dollar given to the Santi School Project goes directly to programs in Nepal.

Our bonds with these communities are strong. We have played games with their children, shared tea with their parents, and expanded professional learning opportunities for the best teachers. We invite you to join us in changing the future of Nepali children through educational opportunity.
